Account and platform-data deletion
You can request deletion of your ZoneAds account, or disconnect and delete stored data from a connected advertising platform without necessarily closing your account.
How to make a deletion request
Email the privacy team
Write to privacy@zoneadsai.com from the email associated with your ZoneAds account. Use the subject “Data deletion request.”
Identify the request
State whether you want to delete the full ZoneAds account, data from a particular connected platform, or both. For TikTok data, include the relevant advertiser account ID. Never send passwords or tokens.
Complete verification
We may ask for limited information needed to verify your identity and authority over the account. This protects account data from unauthorized deletion.
Receive confirmation
After verification, we will confirm the scope of deletion and notify you when the request is complete or if a limited record must be retained for a lawful reason.
What deletion covers
A verified full-account request is intended to delete account profile data, stored campaign drafts, uploaded creative under our control, connected-platform credentials and associated platform data that is no longer required. A platform-only request can remove stored authorization and data for that platform while leaving the ZoneAds account open.
Revoking TikTok access
You can separately revoke ZoneAds authorization through TikTok’s controls. Revocation stops future ZoneAds API access but does not automatically delete historical ZoneAds records or pause campaigns already running on TikTok. Use TikTok Ads Manager for immediate control of live campaigns, then contact us if you also want stored data deleted.
Limited retention
We may retain restricted records when required for legal compliance, security investigations, fraud prevention, disputes or outstanding obligations. Those records will not be used for ordinary product purposes and will be deleted when the retention need ends. Backup copies expire through the normal backup lifecycle.
The public TikTok Ads page does not create an account, store campaign entries or connect to TikTok, so it does not produce TikTok platform data to delete.
