1. About this policy
ZoneAds AI (“ZoneAds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides campaign operations, creative organization and performance-tracking software for advertisers and authorized marketing teams. This policy applies to the ZoneAds website, workspace, support channels and related services (together, the “Services”).
The public product page uses illustrative campaign information and does not connect to a live advertising account or create campaigns.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account and contact information: name, work email, organization, account settings and support correspondence.
- Campaign and creative information: campaign drafts, destinations, budgets, ad copy, uploaded media, creative references, authorization codes you choose to provide and related notes.
- Attribution and reporting information: tracking labels, visits, clicks, conversion events, revenue figures and aggregated advertising-platform performance.
- Connected-platform information: advertiser identifiers, authorized campaign structures, creative references, account settings and access credentials required to provide an enabled integration.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, diagnostic events and security logs.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls.
- Prepare and manage campaign actions the user requests.
- Display platform reporting separately from ZoneAds attribution records.
- Respond to support, access, correction and deletion requests.
- Detect misuse, investigate security issues and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or connected advertising-platform data. We do not use connected-platform data to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.
4. TikTok Marketing API data
Current status. Live TikTok advertiser authorization and API actions are disabled until TikTok approves and activates the ZoneAds developer application. The public product page does not request TikTok credentials, access tokens or advertiser data.
Authorization and scope. If enabled, an eligible advertiser will connect through TikTok’s authorization flow and choose accounts they are authorized to manage. ZoneAds intends to access only the advertiser identifiers, account settings, campaign/ad-group/ad data, creative assets and aggregated reporting needed for the features the user requests. ZoneAds will not request a TikTok password, private messages or unrelated accounts.
Purpose. TikTok platform data will be used to display authorized accounts, prepare and manage requested campaign settings, attach owned or authorized creative and display platform-reported performance. ZoneAds attribution data and TikTok reporting will remain separately identified.
Tokens and security. When the live integration is enabled, authorization credentials will be processed server-side, encrypted in transit and at rest, and restricted to service components and authorized personnel that need them to provide the requested features.
Retention. Authorization credentials will be retained only while needed for an active connection. Campaign configuration, creative references and reporting records will be kept while needed to provide the Services or meet a legitimate legal or security requirement. After verified disconnection or deletion, data that is no longer needed will be removed; backup copies will expire through the normal backup lifecycle.
Revocation and deletion. An advertiser may revoke ZoneAds authorization through TikTok’s controls. A user may also request disconnection, access to or deletion of stored TikTok platform data by emailing privacy@zoneadsai.com. Include the ZoneAds account email and relevant advertiser ID, but never send a password or access token. Revocation stops future API access; it does not itself pause campaigns already running on TikTok.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information only when necessary to operate the Services, follow your instructions, protect users or comply with law. This may include infrastructure, database, email, monitoring and security providers bound to process information for the relevant service purpose. We may also transmit requested campaign or attribution information to an advertising platform when an authorized user enables that action.
If the business is reorganized or transferred, information may move with the relevant service subject to applicable law and this policy.
6. Retention
We retain account and service information while an account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, protect security and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. You can also disconnect an advertising platform independently of deleting your ZoneAds account.
To make a request, email privacy@zoneadsai.com or follow the account deletion instructions. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted transport, restricted access, purpose-limited processing and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected issue to support@zoneadsai.com.
9. Cookies and local storage
The public website uses only the storage and browser capabilities needed to operate its interface. An authenticated service may use essential cookies or local storage for sessions, security and preferences. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, ZoneAds will provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s location. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the Services to children or collect their personal information.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Services, integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
