1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using ZoneAds AI (the “Services”), you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and have authority to act for any business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Some features may require account review, an invitation or approval by a third-party advertising platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for protecting your ZoneAds credentials, limiting account access to authorized people and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share platform passwords or access tokens through support channels.
3. Permitted use
Use the Services only for lawful advertising and content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for your campaign settings, offers, destinations, claims, targeting, consent notices, creative rights and compliance with applicable law and each connected platform’s policies.
You must not use ZoneAds to:
- commit fraud, distribute deceptive advertising or infringe another person’s rights;
- access an account you do not own or lack permission to manage;
- bypass platform review, restrictions, rate limits or spending controls;
- sell, transfer or facilitate unauthorized advertising accounts;
- introduce malicious code, probe security without authorization or disrupt the Services;
- scrape or collect platform data outside approved interfaces and permitted purposes.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain rights in content you upload. You grant ZoneAds the limited permission needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the features you request. You confirm that you hold the rights, licences, consents and authorizations required for each creative, person, brand, music track, destination and claim.
You must review generated, edited or imported material before using it in advertising.
5. TikTok Ads and other platforms
ZoneAds is designed to act only within permissions granted by an authorized advertiser. You may connect only accounts you own or have authority to manage. You instruct ZoneAds to perform the supported actions you select and explicitly confirm.
You remain responsible for platform charges, budgets and live campaigns. Revoking ZoneAds authorization stops future API access but does not automatically pause or delete campaigns already running. Use the relevant platform’s own ad manager for immediate manual control.
TikTok and other third-party platforms control their own eligibility, authorization, availability, ad review and delivery. ZoneAds cannot guarantee access, account approval, ad approval, delivery, revenue or return on ad spend.
6. Independent service
ZoneAds AI is independent software. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with or an official partner of TikTok. Third-party names and marks are used only to identify compatible platforms or integrations.
7. Fees and advertising costs
Any ZoneAds service charge will be disclosed before purchase. Advertising spend and platform charges are separate and remain payable directly to the relevant advertising platform or account provider. Affiliate commissions and offer-specific obligations are governed by the separate terms applicable to those arrangements.
8. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how ZoneAds handles account, campaign, attribution and connected-platform information. You are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any permissions required for information you submit or collect.
You may request account deletion using the deletion instructions. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, disputes or outstanding payment obligations.
9. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable—particularly when a third-party platform changes its API, permissions or policies. We may restrict access to protect security, comply with law or platform requirements, or address a breach of these terms.
10. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free reports or specific campaign results. Attribution systems can report different results, and you should review important information before acting on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Ending access
You may stop using the Services and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for security, legal or material policy reasons. Sections that by their nature should continue—including responsibility for prior instructions, intellectual property, payment obligations and service limitations—survive termination.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
